The MAX Communications Server (MAXCS) HMCP is AltiGen’s next generation full-featured VoIP phone system and unified communications solution designed to support up to 5,000 users. To increase scalability and redundancy, the new VoIP switching architecture of MAXCS utilizes standard Intel® based servers to handle all VoIP voice CODEC processing.

MaxCS Single Blade Server from Dell or HP allows users to “Rack and Stack”  IP gateways to provide PSTN/ PRI trunking or SIP trunks
MaxCS with redundant blade server provides fault tolerant operations and allows “Rack and Stack” PSTN/PRI IP Gateways or SIP trunks
MaxCS with redundant blade servers and redundant HMCP media servers provides fault tolerant operations load balancing and allows “Rack and Stack” PSTN/PRI Gateways or SIP trunks MaxCS is a complete, integrated software solution all aspects of the system can be managed via the MaxAdmin management console. From a single intuitive Windows-based console, MaxAdmin enables simplified management of the entire MaxCS system, offering both centralized and distributed management capabilities.

MaxAdmin Enterprise Manager

The MaxCS distributed architecture enables communications to be unified across the entire enterprise. MaxAdmin Enterprise Manager consolidates management of multiple systems into a single view of the enterprise, regardless of system location. Rather than logging in to multiple systems, the Enterprise Manager presents a single view of all MaxCS servers, directories, extensions, and users. Enterprise Manager also replicates all call routing rules, users, and extensions across all MaxCS systems for a truly unified system appearance.

MaxAdmin Enterprise Manager also provides the tools to manage networks quality of service (QoS) settings via CODEC controls, and establishing user defined network data bandwidth quotas between remote sites and users. Diagnostic tools are also available for troubleshooting possible configuration problems when they are encountered along with a comprehensive online help facility.
