Max Fax easily sends a fax directly from any Windows application that can print. Conveniently allows powerful merging and collating of multiple document sources like Word, Excel and PowerPoint, into a single fax.

Outlook Extensions

As with most business users, Outlook is their communication hub. Max Fax will easily address faxes from the Outlook Address Book. Gives the user real‐time fax status and inbound fax alerts in the task bar. Also adds convenient one‐click viewing of inbound faxes with an integrated and automatic TIFF fax image viewer.

Office Integration

Since most business documents center around Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel, Max Fax makes it easy and intuitive to fax from inside these applications. Provides a dedicated “Fax” button or short‐cut to the print menu for most Microsoft Office applications.

Outlook Phone Book Integration

NET SatisFAXtion works directly with the email contact address book so that choosing a fax phone number from the email phone book is done in the same manner as selecting an email address.

Pop-up Notification Alerts

NET SatisFAXtion includes a pop-up alert that is automatically displayed each time a new inbound fax is detected, notifying users instantly of any incoming fax.

Address Automation

Included with the SMTP Email Gateway is technology that pinpoints and extracts fax addressing information from any “printed” page. Determined by either color or location, outbound emails are automatically populated with the recipients name, fax number and even subject.

Preview Faxes at the Desktop

Max Fax allows fax messages, including file attachments, may be previewed before sending the message. This feature gives users confidence in sending faxes, since they can review their message and document attachments as they will appear as a fax-before clicking the Send button.
