1)    A business certified in accordance with requirements of subdivision (c) of GC Section 14837.     Yawn or

2)    A company that employs under 100 people and is usually a privately owned corporation. Small businesses fuel local economic growth and innovation.   Getting Better ….

3)    A small business is generally privately owned and operated, often started by an entrepreneurs with a great idea.  It normally has a relatively small number of employees <100 ,  sales of $25 million or less.  Normally, privately owned corporations, partnerships, or sole proprietorships and often have remote locations and staff….  Bingo..that’s most of us!
